The house:
your new home
The house offers you everything you need to have a successful study. In addition to a large communal kitchen, there is a fireside lounge, a conservatory, a study room and even a function room. Parking spaces and a terrace with barbecue are also available. The bathrooms, toilets and showers are individually designed for each shared apartment. The property of over 10,000 m2 provides an inspiring atmosphere and ensures a positive living climate.
The appartment rooms within the flat-shared communities are all well equipped state-of-the-art and offer you modern ambience and much of comfort. You will have access to the internet, Wi-Fi and telephone, as well as a beamer with conference system. There is also a washing machine and a dryer. Inside your room you will find a desk, a bed and a wardrobe. If you like you can also bring own furniture with you according to your wishes. The rooms are newly renovated and centrally heated.
In the student shared flats you have the opportunity to socialize and make new friends. Together we challenge the beginning of your studies and help each other with the upcoming exams. However, we attach great importance to all flatmates abiding by the rules, especially with regard to order and cleanliness.

Our community of many hundred of alumni is allways very close connceted and we are highly motivated to include you into our community. We are a students fraternity of more than 300 members, most of whom are active in a professional career. We are linked by a up-to-date and democratic together with one other. Based on Christian values fundament. With this approach, we think outside the box and each of us will catch the maximum out his study time. Since over 100 years, each of us braught in own contributions. None of our alumnis would like to miss their exciting time in retrospecting his life. We are a vibrant community of young students and temporaly of more older alumnis. That is generating a significant added value for all our students.

A back home away from your homelands:
Orientation days can be organized for pupils from school or bachelors which are interested to change to our small and warm technical university.
For pupils and bachelor students we are organising individual and unforgetable orientation-days and tutorials to “get a first impression” of the TU Clausthal and to see many of our benefits of a membership in our club. We are offering you a probation periode to dive deep in the world of academics.
